Adney initially went from investing in condos/houses in Toronto 15 years ago, to now buying commercial medical buildings, 30 unit apartment buildings, mixed use retail plazas, strip malls and office buildings in key cities all over Ontario like Toronto, Barrie, Hamilton, Niagara Falls, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, London, Sudbury, and other major cities. He has raised over $30 million in Investor Funds from Partners and Joint Ventures over the last 10 years with most of those funds invested into strategic commercial properties and businesses with active investors and partners.
